SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders will be usually in normal circumstances shipped within 1-7 working days after the order placement/payment confirmation.
- Our Warehouse dispatches orders from Mon-Friday & it takes another 2 to 10 working days for the orders to reach you based on your location.
- All orders shipped from India.
- We cannot be held accountable for the late delivery or non-delivery in any unforeseen circumstances.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Return requests are accepted via return form only. Order number required in the return form can be found in the confirmation E-Mail.
- Windlust has a 15 Days return policy from date of delivery of product.
- After you fill the return form, we will be responding within 1-2 working days.
- We will take 10-15 working days to process the return/exchange
- We do not have money back refund policy.
- The product(s) should be unused with all tags intact, any sign of usage i.e. for e.g. Tears, Stains, Odour or any signs of usage will result in the failure of quality check performed by our Return and Exchange experts & which will lead to the rejection of the return request.
- If the quality check results in failure to get approved then the parcel containing products that were sent for the return quality check will be shipped back to the customer at a minimal logistics charge of Rs.200/-.
- Accessories and sale products are not eligible for product returns.
- The buyer of the products will have to courier back the items to return at their own cost to our Warehouse Location at: -

- Logistics charges from our side to deliver back the returned product(s) will be free for the buyer for the 1st time only.
- No returns are eligible for Customised Products.
